Just a few hours ago, I was holding a meeting with the organization and I gathered my courage and self confidence to tell the members what punctuality and respect was as well as what time management was all about. I told them that punctuality meant respect to other people’s time and that it should always be observed for an organization to work. Everyone was so quiet that I had to break the ice and tell that everyone should chill and just keep in mind what I just told them. It may seem difficult but it was the only I can encourage them to always be on time. After all, if there is something one cannot waste, it’s time.
